We would highly recommend Brian Wall at Hands on Painting (HOP). We are very pleased with the work they did in repainting our exterior. Brian came by several times during the bidding process as well as during the work. The onsite manager Darren, and his crew of Mark and Tyler did a great job. They are all friendly and professional in their interactions and in staying on task to get things done. The only thing that caused extra time to finish was the heat outside, often over 100 degrees, such that they would close down for the day if there was no shade in which they could work. They power washed, caulked an entire day in prep for painting and then painted four different colors on various parts of the house over the next several days.
A couple of reason why we opted to use HOP instead of other offers that we had. First the more you talk with Brian or Darren you realize they really know the painting business. We were educated about several aspects of paint, paint quality, paint durability, proper application and the correct paint to use on what surface amongst other things. A second reason was that as part of using HOP they made a color consultant available to come to the house and assist us in making color selections. The consultant was most helpful and we ended up with colors we might not have ventured to try by ourselves.
HOP was not the least expensive bid. But as any good salesperson or business owner would do, Brian reiterated the benefits of the work his team would bring, the different and correct materials/paints to be used, the things previous painters had not done, which HOP does and that they stand behind their work.
We are very pleased with the HOP team and would recommend you consider them for painting needs.
Quality products, quality people, and high quality work. My house looks great and my wife loves it. Brian directed the work from paint selection to final touch ups, including “on-time” and “on-budget.” His onsite guys were also great at making on the fly adjustment too!
I love the house color and the great job they did. Our old paint had faded and HOP made our house look like new again. They were easy to work with, especially as I made a few changes as the work was being done. Could not has asked for a better outcome. Thank you HOP.

Just wanted to write a review. We’re so pleased with the exterior paint job that Darren & his crew did on our house. So thorough, considerate, and professional. The house looks better than new! Darren really knows what he’s doing & it shows. Also, the job came in right on time & on budget, there were no surprises.
